Dear Members,
The date for the AGM and the Dinner was fixed as 21 Feb in consultation with CNS , who had accepted our invitation to be present for the Dinner. Subsequently, he informed that his departure for a visit abroad had been preponed by a day and requested rescheduling by a day as he was keen to attend and meet the Veterans. As both Kota House and Varuna were not available for 20th Feb, the venue has now been fixed as 5 Moti lal Nehru Marg, New Delhi. Time for AGM remains same at 1900 hrs. Date is now Friday 20 Feb 2009.
All members and their spouses are requested to attend in large numbers as we have arranged a special program.
Kindly send in your confirmation ASAP for making the necessary arrangements.
